1 Hizmet Tanımı

Creatiflow, creator'ların fikirlerini içeriğe, içeriklerini yayına dönüştürmesini sağlayan AI destekli bir içerik üretim platformudur. Hizmet; script yazımı, görsel oluşturma, içerik planlama ve sosyal medya entegrasyonu özelliklerini kapsar.

2 Kabul Koşulları

Creatiflow'u kullanarak bu kullanım koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız hizmeti kullanmayınız. Hizmeti kullanmak için 18 yaşında veya daha büyük olmanız gerekmektedir.

3 Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri

Hizmeti kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul edersiniz:

• Yasadışı, zararlı veya yanıltıcı içerik üretmemek
• Başkalarının fikri mülkiyet haklarına saygı göstermek
• Hesap bilgilerinizi üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmamak
• Platformu spam, otomatik kötüye kullanım veya zararlı amaçlarla kullanmamak
• Meta/Facebook platformlarının kullanım koşullarına uymak

4 Fikri Mülkiyet

Creatiflow platformu, logosu, tasarımı ve yazılımı Creatiflow'a aittir. Sizin oluşturduğunuz içerikler size aittir. Creatiflow, hizmetin sunulması için gerekli ölçüde içeriklerinizi işleme hakkını saklı tutar.

5 Hesap İptali

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda Creatiflow hesabınızı önceden bildirim yapmaksızın askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir. Hesap kapatma taleplerini bilgi@creatiflow.net adresine iletebilirsiniz.

6 Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Creatiflow, hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Platform "olduğu gibi" sunulmakta olup, hizmet kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlar için sorumluluk kabul edilmez. AI tarafından üretilen içeriklerin doğruluğu kullanıcı tarafından doğrulanmalıdır.

7 Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları önceden bildirim yaparak veya yapmaksızın değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Değişiklikler yayınlandıktan sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Önemli değişiklikler için kayıtlı e-postanıza bildirim göndeririz.

8 Geçerli Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar İstanbul mahkemelerinde çözüme kavuşturulacaktır.

Creatiflow is an AI-powered content production platform that helps creators turn ideas into content and content into published posts. The service includes script writing, visual creation, content planning, and social media integration features.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By using Creatiflow, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the service. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the service.

3 User Obligations

By using the service, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Not produce illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Not use the platform for spam, automated abuse, or harmful purposes
• Comply with Meta/Facebook platform terms of service

4 Intellectual Property

The Creatiflow platform, logo, design, and software belong to Creatiflow. Content you create belongs to you. Creatiflow reserves the right to process your content to the extent necessary to provide the service.

5 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. In the event of a violation of these terms, Creatiflow may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. You can submit account closure requests to bilgi@creatiflow.net.

6 Limitation of Liability

Creatiflow does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error. The platform is provided "as is" and no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the service. The accuracy of AI-generated content must be verified by the user.

7 Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with or without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will send notifications to your registered email for significant changes.

8 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
